This short course is designed to enhance the knowledge of attendees about how nuclear science and technology are applied in the world today, while encouraging an expansive view of where it is likely to go in the future. It is also includes the element of leadership and nuclear management which is important to drive the organization on a safe track to ensure it reaches the target through compliance with the principles of nuclear safety and security culture.
This 3-day short course aims to assist researchers, engineers, scientist, academicians, junior and middle manager in the nuclear industry and education establishment to understand the key issues in leadership, regulatory, management and governance in general in order to be effective promoter and player in nuclear industries.
